As parents of an adult child with a disability we understand family care-giving challenges. Having lived in five different states we have a unique perspective.

 

We have advocated for our daughter in several states including testifying before the Colorado Senate for the successful passing of a disability bill.

 

In 2015, we successfully transitioned our daughter from the child services to the adult services world and became her guardians. Through our involvement in the Denver disability community, we found many parents and guardians struggle to navigate the system of services.

 

In 2021, we decided it was time to take our experience and share it with others through Bright Life Connections LLC. We understand the need to help families be engaged in the process to facilitate disability services for their loved ones.

 

We know it’s important for community outreach to better serve persons with disabilities, and to help others gain valuable knowledge to live their brightest most independent life. We understand your needs!
